QUOTATION ACCEPTANCE

Following your request, we will send a detailed flight quotation to you via email or fax, according to the details you provide. At this point your request gets queued but your flight is not considered booked. Should you agree with our offer, as well as with the charter agreement (which is attached to our offer), then please respond positively to our email or fax, including the passenger names, ID or passport numbers and their contact numbers and then proceed to the payment procedure. This is a mandatory step in order for your flight to be considered as booked from our company.

Payment procedure is simple and can be accomplished in two ways for your ease.This is a mandatory step in order your flight to be considered as booked from our company.

Upon completion of the above procedure, which includes your positive response to our quotation and commitment or deposit of the corresponding amount, your booking has been successfully completed.
